GEMS TECHNIQUES LIMITED is a company incorporated in Nigeria to offer a wide range of services in the building industry in the fields of Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Project Management. A team of hard working, highly qualified professionals mans the firm: architects, engineers, builders, surveyors and planners.

STAFFING
The company currently has five directors all of whom are experienced qualified professionals in our various operational disciplines (two architects, two engineers, one builder). Other key technical staff include four architects, one civil/structural engineer, one civil/water resource engineer, one mechanical engineer, one electrical engineer, one quantity surveyor, one estate surveyor, six draughtsmen, several construction tradesmen, craftsmen and artisans.
